ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION FROM DIRECTOR/S

This Acceptable Use Policy has been developed by K and T (Pty) Ltd’s director/s to provide clear guidelines and rules applicable to the use of our products and/or services. Most of these relate to legal requirements, but we also need to ensure that our network and customers are
kept safe and secure.

2. TERMS AND DEFINTIONS

  1. “Company” means K and T (Pty) Ltd, a proprietary company incorporated in South Africa with registration number 2015/116121/07;
  2. “AUP” is an abbreviation for Acceptable Use Policy;
  3. “Third Party” means any legal subject that is independent of the primary parties within the company;

3. AGREEMENT

You agree that you will only use our services in a manner consistent with this AUP and that your failure to do so may be grounds for us to suspend or discontinue service provision.

4. WHAT IS UNACCEPTABLE

  1. Any criminal, illegal and unlawful acts;
  2. Any intention to interfere with the ability to provide our products and/or services;
  3. Any intention to interfere with our rights or that of any third party;
  4. Uses that are in breach of any other agreement entered into with you, any policy or other terms and conditions which have been agreed to in the provision of products and services;
  5. Utilizing of services to send unsolicited direct marketing that is in contravention with the applicable data protection laws and ISPA Code of Conduct.

5. REPORTING

Please report any contravention of this AUP to info@kandtconnect.co.za.

6. AMMENDMENTS

For any amendments to this policy, we will provide a notice to this effect.
